Lee co-founded YASSI and has been a driving force behind its commercial growth, leading go-to-market strategy and closing many of the company’s enterprise accounts. He brings deep expertise in government vehicle data systems from his role in building North America’s leading EVR platform. At YASSI, he leads sales and strategic partnerships across the automotive, insurance, and lending verticals.

Stephanie has built and led compliance functions for automotive technology companies and has overseen multiple DMV audits with zero findings. At YASSI, she ensures the platform consistently meets and exceeds regulatory standards, bringing the same rigor to enterprise compliance that government partners and lenders require.

Bosco brings over 15 years of experience, including 12 years at Big Four firms, specializing in SOC, HIPAA, HITRUST, and SOX frameworks. He leads YASSI’s security and compliance strategy and was named a Top 100 Accountant by the Los Angeles Business Journal in 2022.

Eric leads YASSI's people strategy, including talent acquisition, compensation design, culture development, and organizational effectiveness. He ensures the organization attracts, develops, and retains top talent as it scales.

Iuri brings deep experience across the full software development lifecycle, from architecture to deployment. At YASSI, he leads engineering execution, building resilient platforms that support rapid growth and continuous innovation.

Jean specializes in building digital products that improve user experience, streamline operations, and drive revenue growth. At YASSI, she leads the product roadmap, translating real-time DMV connectivity into practical, lender- and insurer-grade tools.

Marcy brings more than 20 years of national leadership in vehicle policy, compliance, and modernization. She previously led vehicle programs at AAMVA and held senior regulatory roles at the Rhode Island DMV, building a reputation for translating complex statutory requirements into scalable, interoperable solutions for states and industry partners. At YASSI, she leads the legal and regulatory function, ensuring the platform meets the standards of the government partners and enterprise clients it serves.

Nikki brings over 25 years of automotive industry experience across dealership operations, training, and regulatory rollout. Before joining YASSI, she led statewide training and operational teams at CVR and AVRS, supporting thousands of dealerships across the U.S. At YASSI, she leads operational excellence, enabling partners to execute complex workflows efficiently and compliantly.

Tony brings deep experience building and scaling marketing organizations for B2B SaaS companies. At YASSI, he leads brand, demand generation, and go-to-market strategy, translating complex data products into compelling narratives that drive enterprise growth

Rick brings over 35 years of leadership in software and networking. A co-founder of AVRS—California’s leading DMV services provider for franchise dealerships—he helped scale the state’s first electronic registration platform. He also led engineering at Excite@Home’s commercial division and served as CTO of Netcom, one of the internet’s earliest large-scale service providers. Rick advises YASSI on technology strategy and platform scalability.
